Hostel chain Moustache mandates PwC to raise Rs.35-Cr
Jaipur-headquartered India Hostels, which operates the Moustache brand, has mandated PwC to raise between INR 30 crore and INR 35 crore over the next four to five months. The company intends to use these funds to support expansion and plans to target family offices initially before approaching institutional investors. The firm is also preparing for a potential public listing after 2030 to provide an exit for its investors.Founded in 2016 by Abhishek Khandelwal and Deepak Agarwal, the hospitality chain operates under three distinct segments: Moustache hostels, the mid-tier boutique brand Moustache Select, and the luxury vertical Moustache Luxuria.
