HR-tech platform Klaar raises $5-M led by Prime Ventures
Klaar , a Bengaluru- and San Francisco, CA (USA)-based performance management platform, has raised USD 5 million in a Series A round led by Prime Venture Partners. The round also saw participation from existing investor Shastra VC.Klaar claims to help organisations build high-performance cultures by providing AI-powered insights and tools for continuous learning, growth, goal alignment, and talent development.The new funding will fuel Klaar's go-to-market initiatives in the US, new client onboarding, and scaling of its India engineering hub, where the company plans to increase its engineering and AI workforce by 40% over the next 12 months.
