HR-tech platform uKnowva raises $500-K
Mumbai-based HR-tech and Human Capital Management (HCM) platform uKnowva has raised USD 0.5 million in its pre-Series A funding round co-led by Parv Network, Growth 91, and Aapna Infotech.Founded in 2010 by Abhay Talekar, Priyanka Bhor Jain, and Vicky Jain, uKnowva is a cloud-based & mobile-enabled Human Resource Management System (HRMS) software which claims to automate manual work and increase productivity.The company will use the funds to expand its sales and marketing capabilities, strengthen partner-led distribution network, and advance technology.
In Dec 2022, Hinduja Global Solutions acquired uKnowva from Convergence IT Services Ltd.
