HR-tech startup Innvocon raises funding from IIIT Delhi incubation centre, HNIs
Dehradun-based Innvocon Learning Solutions, founded by Taranjeet Singh (CEO), Pragyanam Kumar (COO), and Nancy Bagla (CTO) in 2019, has raised INR 10 lakh from IIIT Delhi Innovation and Incubation Center. It has also raised funding from HNIs. Innvocon Learning Solutions is focussed on solving problems for companies like high attrition rates, increasing cost per hire, or problems such as lack of new-age industry relevant skills. The startup helps new candidates in a company adapt to new processes, know about the vision, expectations, opportunities, and the purpose of the company.
