Hunch Ventures buys JV partner IMa's 51% stake in Jamie Oliver restaurants in India

Global investment firm Hunch Ventures is acquiring casual and fine-dining chain Jamie Oliver Restaurants in India from London-based consumer investor platform International Market Management (IMM, which held a 51% stake in the business). Hunch, the joint venture partner of IMM since 2015, will now become the sole owner of Jamie Oliver Restaurants in India, which operates 14 restaurants under the Jamie Oliver Pizzeria brand.Hunch aims to expand the brand into tier-2 and tier-3 cities over the next two years, through owned and franchised outlets, with an INR 200 crore investment.
