IAN Alpha Fund joins Aquapulse’s Rs.45-Cr fundraise from Nab Ventures, Pontaq
Bhubaneswar-based aqua-tech startup Aquapulse has raised INR 20 crore from IAN Alpha Fund as part of its INR 45 crore funding round led by Nab Ventures (through its AgriSURE Fund). (In Apr-26, Aquapulse had raised INR 25 crore led by Nab Ventures with participation from Pontaq through its NextGen Technology Fund-I.)Founded in 2023 by Abhishek Dwivedy and Abhilash Dwivedy, Aquapulse operates a technology-enabled procurement and export platform that connects smallholder shrimp farmers with domestic and international markets. The firm operates across Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, and West Bengal and facilitates exports to China, Vietnam, and Japan.The new funds will be used to enhance farm-level technology and disease management systems, expand its farmer procurement network, scale processing and export operations, and build working capital infrastructure.
For FY25, Aquapulse had reported about INR Cr in Operating Income and about INR 1 Cr in PAT.
