IB-schools focused learning platform Toddle in talks to raise $100-M

Bengaluru-based edtech platform Toddle has launched a managed fundraising process to raise between $50-M and $100-M through a mix of primary and secondary transactions. The company has engaged the US investment bank Brown Gibbons Lang & Company to advise on the process and facilitate outreach to potential investors, with a particular focus on the US market.Founded in 2019 by Deepanshu Arora, Parita Parekh, Misbah Jafary, Gautam Arora, and Nikhil Poonawala, Toddle provides curriculum planning, classroom management, assessment, and communication software to K-12 schools.The company is currently targeting a near-breakeven financial status, reporting an annual recurring revenue of about $25-M. Toddle’s operational revenue reached INR 114.4-Cr in FY25, up from INR 71.4-Cr in FY24, while losses narrowed to INR 42.2-Cr from INR 61.4-Cr during the same period. The firm was valued at $136-M following a Series A round in January 2023.

Between Nov 2019 and Dec 2022, Toddle had attracted about $ 22 M from Z47, 3ONE4 Capital, Arun Sarin Family, Beenext, Better Capital, Peak XV Partners, Tenacity Ventures, Trifecta Capital, Others.
