Ice cream brand Hocco raises $10-M in Series B

Ahmedabad-based ice cream brand Hocco has raised USD 10 million to expand its production capacity and broaden its footprint. The round, which is a part of a USD 20 million Series B round, was led by the Chona Family Office, promoters of Hocco and Sauce VC.The new funds will be used to increase output, expand distribution networks, and support entry into new locations across India. The company also plans to invest in product development and brand marketing.Founded in 2022 by Ankit Chona and Pradeep Chona, Hocco operates casual dining restaurants, quick-service eateries and ice cream cafes through its brands Hocco Eatery, Hocco Ready-to-Eat, Huber & Holly and Hocco Creamery. It has 100-plus restaurants and eateries across India and two in the USA.
