ICICI Prudential AMC plans acquisition in PE space
ICICI Prudential AMC , India's second-largest asset management company, plans to make an acquisition in the private equity sector. The company is also awaiting capital markets regulator Sebi’s approval to acquire group company ICICI Ventures as part of its expansion into private equity space.
