ICICI Venture exits Go Colors by selling shares worth Rs.190-Cr, registers 6.34x return

ICICI Venture has sold its residual shares worth INR 190.21 crore in publicly listed Go Fashion (India) Ltd. (which owns the womens and childrens wear brand retail brand Go Colors). I-VEN has made a complete exit from its over 4 year old investment with an estimated 6.34x return.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Jan 2018, ICICI Venture invested INR 100 Cr for 13.79% stake in Go Colors. The company went public in Nov 2021 and ICICI Venture made a partial exit as part of the IPO.
