ICICI Venture transfers fund mgmt businesses to ICICI Prudential AMC

ICICI Venture Funds Management Company has transferred its private equity, venture capital and real estate fund management business of I-Ven to ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company.ICICI Venture Funds will continue to provide certain advisory services and manage residual funds.
