iD Fresh Food in talks to raise Rs.450-Cr at Rs.2000-Cr valuation
Ready-to-cook packaged foods startup iD Fresh Food India plans to raise about INR 400-450 crore. The Azim Premji-backed company has started talks with private equity funds and a deal is expected to be signed by early November. Its third round of funding will value the company at INR 1,800-2,000 crore. Kotak Mahindra Capital has been hired to run the process. Existing investor Helion Ventures is expected to sell its 17% stake.
