IFC commits $20-M to 3one4 Capital’s $225-M fifth fund
Bengaluru-based 3one4 Capital is in the process of raising its fifth fund, with a target corpus of $225-M (Rs.2,147-Cr). The firm plans to use this capital to support early-stage startups across seed and Series A rounds, with a focus on sectors such as AI, SaaS, enterprise and manufacturing automation, fintech, deeptech, and consumer internet.The fundraising update follows a proposal from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to invest $20-M (Rs.191-Cr) in the firm's latest fund.Founded by Pranav Pai and Siddarth Pai, 3one4 Capital previously closed its fourth fund at $200-M in May 2023, where it targeted average cheque sizes between $0.5-M and $5-M. Since its inception, the investment firm has backed over 100 startups and recorded 26 exits.
