IFC to invest $60-M in MO Alternates’ $750-M fifth fund
The International Finance Corporation is to invest USD 60 million in India Business Excellence Fund V G, which is managed by MO Alternates. IFC’s investment will have an additional $60 million co-investment envelope.The fund, with a target size of USD 750 million (with an additional green-shoe option of USD 150 million) will invest in 12-16 mid-market companies.
