InCred Alternatives closes Special Opportunities Credit Fund with Rs.1,500-Cr

Mumbai-based InCred Alternatives has closed its maiden special opportunities credit fund, raising INR 1,500 crore. The capital was raised from domestic family offices, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and international investors.The alternatives arm of InCred Group, launched in 2022, focuses on old-economy businesses characterised by hard asset coverage, established cash flows, and structural downside protection at the time of investment. It has already deployed approximately 75% of the fund across the auto, power, oil & gas, and hospitality sectors.
