InCred Alternatives hits final close of maiden PE Fund at Rs.575-Cr
InCred Alternatives, the alternative investment arm of InCred Capital Financial Services Ltd, has announced the final close of its maiden private equity fund, InCred Growth Partners Fund-I (IGPF-I), with commitments exceeding INR 575 crore.The fund exceeded its original target size of INR 500 crore after exercising the greenshoe option, with participation from large family offices, ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs) and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs). The fund will focus on consumption, enterprise, technology and financial services. It has already invested in companies such as Manjushree Technopack, Shadowfax, Niva Bupa and Purplle.
