India Resurgence Fund acquires addnl shares of Shree Digvijay Cement from True North for Rs.579-Cr
India Resurgence Fund has acquired shares worth INR 578.5 crore (6.67 crore shares at INR 86.7 apiece) in Jamnagar, Gujarat-based, publicly listed Shree Digvijay Cement Company . The shares were acquired from existing PE investor True North Fund VI LLP via block deals on BSE.
In Sep 25, TrueNorth had sold 7.42 crore shares in Shree Digvijay Cement, through a secondary transaction worth INR 631 crore, to India Resurgence Fund .
