Indiamart acquires over 26% stake in SaaS firm Agillos for Rs.26-Cr
Publicly listed B2B e-commerce firm Indiamart Intermesh has, through its wholly owned subsidiary Tradezeal Online Pvt Ltd, acquired a 26.23% stake in Bengaluru-based Agillos (AEPL) E-commerce for INR 26 crore in an all-cash deal. AEPL, under its brand name 'Aerchain', is in the business of offering SaaS based solutions for businesses to automate their procurement operations.
