Indian Oil picks up IEX's 4.93% stake in gas exchange IGX

Indian Energy Exchange (IEX) has sold 4.93% of its stake in Indian Gas Exchange Ltd to fuel marketing giant Indian Oil Corporation. IEX and National Stock Exchange are promoters of IGX. Other strategic investors in IGX include GAIL (India) Ltd, ONGC Ltd, Torrent Gas Pvt Ltd and Adani Total Gas Ltd.
