Industrial47 raises Rs.85-Cr for debut fund
Bengaluru-based Industrial47 has raised Rs.85-Cr in the first close of its debut fund with participation from family offices, industrial groups, HNIs and startup founders including Swiggy co-founder Nandan Reddy. The fund has a target corpus of Rs.150-Cr, with an additional green shoe option of Rs.50-Cr.Founded by Rahul Seth, Industrial47 focuses on sectors including space systems, defence, energy, maritime intelligence, and advanced manufacturing, with an emphasis on national security and strategic infrastructure. The firm plans to deploy cheque sizes ranging between Rs.2-Cr and Rs.10-Cr across 15 to 20 companies. The firm’s investment portfolio already includes Pranos Fusion, Armory and RekiSe Marine.
