Infibeam acquires 49% stake in fintech firm Pirimid for Rs.25-Cr
Listed fintech firm Infibeam Avenues has acquired a 49% stake in Ahmedabad-based Pirimid Fintech for INR 25 crore. The move marks Infibeam's foray into the capital markets and digital lending software market. Pirimid provides solutions for the capital markets (hedge fund solution and robo advisory solution), banking and lending (digital lending and account aggregation), and AI and ML (APIs and Web 3.0). Pyramid's clients include Bank of Baroda, LendingKart, Ariana Investment Management (Singapore), and Armadillo (UK).
