Inflexor Ventures raises Rs.400-Cr in first close of Rs.1,250-Cr third fund
Bengaluru-based venture capital firm Inflexor Ventures has raised INR 400 crore in the first close of its third fund, the Inflexor Technology Discovery Fund. The fund, with a target corpus of INR 1,250 crore, is anchored by the Self-Reliant India (SRI) Fund, HDFC Asset Management Company, and HDFC AMC Select AIF FoF, with additional commitments from international institutional investors.Founded by Venkat Vallabhaneni, Jatin Desai, and Pratip Mazumdar, Inflexor Ventures manages about INR 1,300 crore in assets. The firm has backed over 25 companies, including Atomberg, Bellatrix Aerospace, CloudSEK, CredFlow, Kale Logistics, and PlayShifu.The firm targets investments in science, engineering, and technology companies at the pre-Series A and Series A stages. Inflexor plans to issue initial checks ranging between INR 15 crore and INR 45 crore, aiming to build a portfolio of 22 to 25 companies. The new fund will prioritise Series A investments while maintaining a sector-agnostic approach focused on technology-driven businesses that possess high entry barriers.
