Info Edge acquires 76% in Dating Startup Aisle for Rs.91-Cr
Publicly listed, NCR based Info Edge (India) Ltd has invested INR 91 crore in Bangalore-based dating app platform provider Aisle Network Pvt Ltd in return for a 76% stake (on a fully converted & diluted basis). The investment would help Info Edge strengthen its offerings in the matchmaking segment. Info Edge has agreed to acquire 21,483 shares comprising 11,699 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) and 9,784 Equity Shares via a mix of primary infusion and secondary purchase. Aisle runs multiple dating platforms including via its mobile apps Aisle, Anbe, Arike and HeyDil. Its turnover for FY21 was INR 7.56 crore.
