Info Edge to acquire 25% stake in Edtech startup Juno Learning for Rs.11.25 Cr

Publicly listed Info Edge (India) is to invest about INR 11.25 crore in Gurugram-based Juno Learning. Info Edge will acquire 4,331 compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) having a face value of INR 10 each. Post deal, the aggregate shareholding of Info Edge in Juno will be 25% on a fully converted and diluted basis. Founded by Tarun Matta in November 2021, Juno is building an interactive online school that teaches sales techniques, processes, and tools to students and entry-level professionals in an experiential manner, to enhance employability.
