Info Edge to divest its 5.55% stake in AI & edge computing co. SkyServe
Publicly listed Info Edge, via Redstart Labs (India) Ltd, is to divest its entire 5.55% stake comprising 555,556 Series Pre-Seed Preferred Stock in Bengaluru- and USA-based SkyServe Inc . via a buyback.Incorporated in 2021, Skyserve provides artificial intelligence (AI) and edge computing technology that lets satellites process Earth observation data directly in space. The firm offers an Insights-as-a-Service platform enabling satellite-based edge-computed insights for core industries and solution providers to scale faster and affordably.
In Sep 2023, SkyServe had attracted about $ 0.50 M from Info Edge.
