Infosys acquires 5.3% stake in procurement s’ware maker Aerchain

Infosys Innovation Fund has picked up a 5.3% stake in Bengaluru-based Aerchain. The disclosure follows the March 2026 investment announcement of USD 13 million (about INR 118 Cr Series A round led by Pavestone Capital, with participation from IndiaMART and other investors).Founded in 2019 by Harsha Kadimisetty and Himavanth Jasti, Aerchain provides an AI-powered procurement platform for enterprises. The company’s technology focuses on transforming sourcing operations through autonomous workflows and a multi-AI agent framework.

Between Mar 2017 and Mar 2026, Aerchain had attracted about USD 17 M from IndiaMART, Pavestone Capital, Season Two Ventures and Telama Investments Family Office and others.For FY25, Aerchain had reported about INR 9.87 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 9.42 Cr in Net loss.
