Inox Wind sells shares worth Rs.175-Cr in EPC arm at Rs.7,400-Cr valuation

Noida-based, publicly listed wind energy player Inox Wind Ltd (IWL) has sold a 3.06% stake worth INR 175 crore (49,57,142 equity shares) in its EPC subsidiary, Inox Renewable Solutions (formerly Resco Global Wind Services), to investors at a valuation of INR 7,400 crore. Post-sale, the company’s shareholding in the subsidiary will reduce from 91.90% to 88.84%.
