Insur-tech platform Finsall raises Rs.12-Cr from Unicorn India Ventures, SEA Fund, others

Bengaluru-based Finsall, an insurance-focused fintech platform, has raised INR 12 crore in a pre-Series A round from its existing investors Unicorn India Ventures (UIV) and SEA Fund as well as from a clutch of other investors. This is the second round of investment by UIV. Finsall plans to use the fresh funds for scaling its technology platform and for signing new insurance partners. The company will also be looking to enter into lending partnerships with top banks and NBFCs. Finsall offers an end-to-end technology process for insurance premium financing. It has built a multi lender platform for banks and NBFCs so that lending can be done at scale and in a sustainable manner.
