Insurtech co. Zopper raises $25-M from Elevation Capital, Dharana Capital, others

Noida-based insurance technology platform Zopper has raised USD 25 million in a Series D round led by Elevation Capital and Dharana Capital. The round also saw participation from existing investor Blume Ventures.The fresh funds will be used by the company to invest in areas of AI/ML, data science, data engineering, accelerate growth and enhance post sales and servicing capabilities.Founded in 2011, Zopper provides an application programming interface (API)-based software on its SaaS platform to provide end-to-end solutions. The company connects insurers and banks with third-party platforms, allowing these clients to embed and distribute insurance products to their customers.

Between May-12 and Sep-22, Zopper had raised about USD 100 M from Creaegis, Blume Ventures, Bessemer, Tiger Global, ICICI Venture, Nirvana Ventures, Ventureast, others.
