Insurtech startup Healspan attracts Rs.1.2 Cr from PedalStart
Bengaluru-based insurance-tech startup Healspan has attracted INR 1.2 crore in its pre-seed funding round led by PedalStart. The proceeds will be used for bolstering technology, for talent acquisition, and to support overall business operations and growth.Co-founded in 2022 by Sabrinath U and Abhi Sinha, Healspan offers streamlined cashless insurance claims, removing the difficulties and challenges involved in the process for healthcare institutions. Healspan claims that customers can reduce the insurance payment turnaround time by 30% and long-overdue claims can be cleared under 90 days.The startup has its presence across Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi-NCR, and Mumbai.
