Intellect Design Arena to set up Rs.100-Cr AIF to invest in fintech cos
Chennai-based fintech firm Intellect Design Arena Ltd plans to set up an Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) for INR 100 crore to pursue its transition from a product company to a fintech platform-based company. The investment will be set up in Alternative Investment Fund-Category II and is meant to make minority investments in the company's partners.
