International Conveyors acquires stake in Globus Spirits for Rs.9-Cr
Kolkata-based International Conveyors Ltd (ICL) has acquired 110,715 equity shares in fellow publicly listed, Delhi-based Globus Spirits Ltd for INR 9.13 crore.Globus Spirits is a player in the breweries and distilleries sector. It reported a turnover of INR 3,147.23 crore in FY 2023-24, compared to INR 2,822.47 crore in FY 2022-23 and INR 2,343.84 crore in FY 2021-22.Globus Spirits, incorporated in 1993 was formerly known as Globus Agronics Ltd. It has manufacturing facilities spread across West Bengal, Bihar, Haryana, and Rajasthan and boasts of 23 brands in its portfolio.
