Invest-tech co. StockGro raises Rs.10.4 M from existing backers

Bengaluru-based invest-tech company StockGro has raised INR 110-Cr (approximately USD 10.4 M) as part of its ongoing Series B funding round with participation from existing investor Bitkraft Ventures along with Aditum Venture Capital Fund, India SME Growth Fund, and Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty. Other contributors to the round included Systematix Fincorp and angel investors Vanaja Sundar Iyer and Jignesh Vijay Shah. Founded in 2020, StockGro provides a platform for stock market research, trading, and investment that integrates market analysis with a social layer. The company intends to use the new capital to support the expansion of its operations and for working capital requirements.

Between Jul 2021 and Nov 2025, StockGro had attracted about $ 116 M from Bitkraft, Rise Capital, Trifecta Capital, Valiant Capital, BAT VC, NB Ventures, SBI Investment, General Catalyst Partners, Qi Ventures, Roots Ventures, Others.For FY25, StockGro had reported about INR 113 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 35 Cr in PAT.
