InvestCorp Group sells Parag Milk Foods shares worth Rs.14-Cr; registers 1.7x return

InvestCorp Group has sold a 1.10% stake in publicly-listed Parag Milk Foods realising INR 13.73 crore. Post the sale, the investor would hold a 0.96% stake in the company.

From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Sep 2012, InvestCorp Group (earlier IDFC PE) invested INR 155-Cr for a 21.38% stake in Parag Milk. The company went public in May 2016 and the investor made a part exit as part of the IPO.
