InvestCorp sells Safari Industries shares worth Rs.77-Cr, registers 2.68x return
InvestCorp Group has sold shares of publicly listed luggage maker Safari Industries Ltd. worth INR 76.49 crore. Post the latest sale, the investor would hold a 3.44% stake in the company.
From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: In Feb 2021, InvestCorp had invested INR 75 crore for 5.55% stake in the company at INR 570 per share.
