IPO-bound cloud kitchen co. Curefoods raises Rs.160-Cr from 3State Ventures
Bengaluru-based cloud kitchen operator Curefoods has raised INR 160 crore in a pre-IPO round from Binny Bansal's 3State Ventures. The company has allotted 1.28 crore shares at INR 124 each to 3State.Founded by Ankit Nagori, Curefoods operates a portfolio of food brands, including EatFit, Nomad Pizza, CakeZone, Frozen Bottle, and Sharief Bhai, along with franchise tie-ups such as Krispy Kreme.The company has filed draft papers for an initial public offering (IPO) which will comprise a fresh issue worth INR 800 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 4.08 crore shares by existing investors.
Between Aug 2021 and Mar 2025, Curefoods had attracted about USD 202 M from BlackSoil Capital, RB Investments, Three State Ventures, Chiratae Ventures, Iron Pillar, Winter Capital, Alteria Capital, Accel India, NB Ventures, Pivot Ventures and others.For FY24, Curefoods had reported about INR 585 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 173 Cr in Net Loss.
