IPO-bound executive education platform Jaro raises Rs.115-Cr from Alfa Fund, Singularity AMC, others
Mumbai-based online higher education platform Jaro Institute of Technology Management and Research Ltd (Jaro Education) has raised INR 115 crore in its pre-IPO round from Alfa Fund, Singularity Growth Opportunities Fund and Singularity Equity Fund, Subhkam Ventures, the family office of Polycab, Utpal Sheth (Rare Enterprises), the family office of Supreme Industries, and Deven Choksey.The company is slated to raise INR 450 crore through an initial public offering (IPO), consisting of a fresh issue of INR 170 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) for INR 280 crore, at INR 846-890 per share. Nuvama Wealth Management, Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors, and Systematix Corporate Services are managers of the IPO.Founded in 2023 by Sanjay Salunkhe, Jaro offers executive education programmes to entrepreneurs & working professionals.
