IPV makes partial exit from B2B logistics tech platform Oorjaa
Inflection Point Ventures (IPV) has made a partial exit from Mumbai-based B2B (business-to-business) logistics technology platform Oorjaa . The transaction delivered a 2.36x multiple of money and a 29% internal rate of return (IRR) over a period of 52 months.Founded in 2019 by Sandeep Patil, Prashant Mohite, Yogesh Parab, and Umesh Singh, Oorjaa operates an asset-light logistics model that integrates a nationwide network of hubs, fleet, and manpower with a proprietary technology layer.
In August 2026, Oorjaa had raised INR 9.7-Cr in the first close of its Series A funding round led by Equentis Angel Fund. IPV first invested in Oorjaa in Mar 2022 and then again in Mar-2023.
