IT office campus ASF Insignia to raise Rs.1,250-Cr from Alpha Alternatives
Mumbai-based Alpha Alternatives has committed to invest INR 1,250 crore in ASF Insignia , an integrated commercial IT office campus spread over 50 acres in Gurugram.The investment will be infused in tranches. The first tranche of about INR 450 crore has already been received. The capital will be used to reduce the debt and for future development.ASF Insignia is an office campus by the ASF group, of which about 2.3 million sq ft is operational and another 2 million sq ft is under construction. The office park has a debt of close to INR 1,300 crore. The company has 20 acres of land within the campus and more near the campus for future development.
