Ahmedabad-based, NSE-listed Yudiz has acquired a 25% stake in Bengaluru-based fleet management solutions provider Trulot Technologies Pvt Ltd for INR 1 lakh, in 1,000 equity shares having face value of INR 100 each.Trulot provides end-to-end fleet management solutions for fleet operators, focusing on increasing truck utilization, optimizing driver engagement, and reducing downtime, while also offering real-time emission tracking.Yudiz offers mobile applications, 2D/3D game development, IoT development, AR/VR and AI/ML solutions, and Blockchain development.
