Jaipuria Group to acquire eyewear brand ClearDekho
The Jaipuria Group is to acquire a 100% stake in Ghaziabad-based eyewear brand ClearDekho , providing an exit path to all the existing investors within two years.Founded in 2017 by Shivi Singh, ClearDekho operates as an online and offline retail chain offering eyewear solutions, with a mix of branded online sales and franchise-owned, company-operated (FOCO) stores.
Between Nov 2019 and Oct 2022, ClearDekho had attracted about USD 9 M from Arvog Ventures, Cornerstone Venture Partners, Dholakia Ventures, IvyCap Ventures, Qi Ventures, SphitiCap, Touchstone Equities, Z Nation Lab and others.
