Japan’s Hulic, HDFC Capital jointly invest in Mumbai residential project
Japanese real estate firm Hulic and HDFC Capital Advisors , the real estate private equity arm of HDFC Group, have made their first joint investment through a senior secured debt platform towards a residential development project in western Mumbai.The project is located in an area with connectivity to commercial and employment hubs.
