Japan’s Mizuho Bank acquires 15% stake for Rs.1,500-Cr in NBFC Credit Saison
Japan-based Mizuho Bank has invested INR 1,200 crore (USD 160 million) for a 15% stake in Bengaluru-based non-banking finance company (NBFC) Credit Saison, the fintech MNC subsidiary of Credit Saison Co Ltd , Japan.Credit Saison provides credit to small NBFCs, SMEs and other institutions to meet their operational or development needs.
