Jashvik Capital acquires pest control player Midas Hygiene: report
Healthcare and consumer-focused private equity firm Jashvik Capital has acquired a majority stake in Mumbai-based pest control and home care products maker Midas Hygiene .Midas sells consumer products under brands Laxmanrekhaa, Khatnil and Sanipic, across the country through a traditional retail model supported by long-standing channel partners and over 200 persons in its sales force.
