JC Flowers ARC withdraws NCLT plea against DTH player Dish TV
JC Flowers Asset Reconstruction, with Yes Bank as the original applicant, has withdrawn its petition filed against Dish TV . The petition was presented before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in Mumbai. The NCLT's Mumbai bench allowed the withdrawal, and a detailed order from the tribunal is pending.Dish TV is a direct-to-home service provider. The petition sought directions for convening an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of the company, filed under Sections 98-100 of the Companies Act, 2013.
