JM Financial Asset Management launches Rs.1,500-Cr pre-IPO AIF

JM Financial Asset Management has launched "The Pre-IPO Fund," its inaugural pre-IPO Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) under Category II. The fund will focus on investing in companies anticipated to list within 18 months. Jaisinh Suchak, Managing Director of Alternative Investment Funds at JM Financial Asset Management , will manage the fund.The initiative is intended to diversify the JM Financial Group's private equity offerings and reinforce its role as an investment partner by leveraging market insights and fund management capabilities.
