Jubilant Ingrevia to acquire 40% stake in electronics design platform Zettaone for Rs.189-Cr

Noida-based Jubilant Ingrevia is to acquire a 40% stake in Bengaluru-based Zettaone Technologies for INR 189.2 crore. The transaction is structured in two tranches, with the first expected to close by November 2026 and the second by September 2027.Zettaone runs an electronics design and manufacturing platform providing integrated capabilities for the electronics and semiconductor industry. Its operations span R&D, prototyping, manufacturing, and assembly across sectors including aerospace, defence, automotive, medical, and industrial applications.
