Jupiter’s NBFC unit raises $2.4-M from Peak XV, Matrix, others
Neobanking platform Jupiter has raised USD 2.4 million (INR 20 crore) in Series A funding round for Amica Finance, its NBFC business unit. The round is led by Peak XV Partners, Matrix Partners, QED Fund, BEE Accelerate Fund (an unit of Beenext), Global Founders Capital, Tiger Global, Greyhound Capital Partners, Mirae Asset Venture Investments and Amrish Rau. Following the investment round, Peak XV Partners has become the largest external shareholder with a 6.24% stake. Jupiter’s founder and CEO Jiten Gupta’s stake hs declined to 76.15%
