K Hospitality launches investment arm Kliff Ventures with Rs.200-Cr corpus
Mumbai-based K Hospitality Corp has launched an investment arm, Kliff Ventures , with a corpus of INR 200 crore to invest in early-stage consumer and retail brands. The platform was financed through a combination of the company’s internal accruals and proceeds from the initial public offering of its subsidiary, Travel Food Services.K Hospitality Corp, founded in 1972, operates restaurants, catering, and travel retail across more than 600 locations. The new venture arm plans to deploy capital across 5-6 investments, focusing on companies in the food and beverage, retail, lifestyle, and wellness sectors.The platform intends to support founders by providing strategic guidance, execution capabilities, and access to talent and sourcing networks.
