Kalpavriksh Fund exits The Ayurveda Experience with over 6x returns
Kalpavriksh Fund, a venture capital fund managed by Acorn Fund Consultants, has exited D2C (direct-to-beauty) and health brand The Ayurveda Experience (TAE) with an over 6x return.In March, TAE had raised USD 27 million in its Series C funding round from Jungle Ventures, SIDBI VC, Anicut Capital and Sharrp Ventures.TAE was founded in 2010 by Rishabh Chopra and sells Ayurveda-based hair oils, moisturisers, lotions, creams, and scrubs. It also offers services such as consultations, content, webinars, and courses on Ayurveda.
